1981 Leyland Marshall 302 Tractor
 
This tractor was built in Turkey by BMC under licence from Leyland
 
It features a 4 cylinder diesel producing 30hp with 9 forward gears and 3 reverse with the standard 3 point linkage and PTO 
 
These were made in relatively small numbers and not many were made, a rare tractor to see in the UK
 
The tractor starts up with 40 seconds of heat and runs well, the injection pump has recently been overhauled
 
The tyres on the front are very good and look fairly new, the rears are an old pair of probably original Good Years, with about 30% tread left and some aged cracking but nothing requiring immediate attention
 
The cab is all there with the cladding, the only thing I can see missing is the handbrake lever and the windscreen wiper arm and black
 
The lights all work on the tractor, the brakes and clutch work well and it steers well
 
The tractor has standard 3 point linkage with a single spool valve, PTO and a normal drawbar, all working as it should, the tractor also benefits from a diff lock
 
I have the V5 here ready to go straight on the road
 
Tractor is ready to go back to work or be enjoyed
 
The temperature gauge isn't working and there is no tachometer cable (tacho showing circa 2700 hrs), all indicators and lights work and it charges as it should
 
The tractor has been touched up in places over the years and presents well
