1963 Case 732 Tractor "Wheatland Special"
1963 Case 732 Wheatland Special Tractor
Having been in a collection for quite some time since its import in the early 00s the tractor has been brought back to life
The tractor is the 730 range and more specifically the 732 Wheatland Special, meaning foot clutch and non adjustable axle width
The tractor is a 4 cylinder diesel, it starts up well with 20 seconds of heat and runs well, the engine is over 50hp with lots of torque
The tractor has 8 forward gears and 2 reverse, it has excellent brakes, a good clutch and power steering with a good turn of speed on the road of 20mph
The tractor is road registered with the serial plates in place, the v5 has been mislaid but this is easy to obtain via a simple V62 form to the DVLA
The tyres are good all round, a few cracks in the rear but nothing worth addressing or worrying about
The tinwork is totally original with lots of patina and lots of paint
The cab is excellent, all glass present including the serial plate
A really unusual prairie tractor that is ready to be enjoyed
Tractor is fitted with a new battery and the correct silencer is on its way from the US for it so this will be sent to the new custodian
A very unusual tractor in the UK worthy of any Case collection
The only thing to note is the speedometer isn't working, however the tachometer is
